Hannah Sheffield

Hannah was raised in Williamsburg, Virginia and is an enrolled member of the Quechan Tribe of Fort Yuma, Arizona. She graduated from George Mason University with a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, and from the George Washington University with a master’s degree in Gender and Cultural Studies. While at George Mason, she was the Vice President of the Native American & Indigenous Alliance.

Before joining AIBL, Hannah lived in Washington, DC. She has experience working in human resources for an urban Indian health clinic, political media company, international law firm, and social justice non-profit.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, learning a new language, crafting, fitness, and exploring the outdoors with her fiance.
